2.1 机床概述

KN-GIV200(A)数控内齿磨机床是一种适用于高精度齿轮批量磨削加工的精密数控机床。其加工原理为成形法磨削，即将砂轮轴截面截形修整为与齿轮齿槽相对应的截面，进行成形磨削加工。

齿轮的成形磨削与传统磨削方式相比较，具有磨削效率高、齿形精度高、可磨削齿数不限（无根切现象）、机床操作简单、运行可靠等优点，特别适用于对齿形和齿向有修形要求以及齿根和齿顶过渡部分有特殊要求的高精度、硬齿面直齿圆柱齿轮的磨削加工。

2.1 Machine tool outline

KN-GIV200(A) CNC grinding machine tool with internal teeth is a kind of CNC precision machine tool which is applied for mass grinding & processing aiming at high-precision teeth. The processing principle is forming & grinding, that is to say, trim the axial section of the grinding wheel as the corresponding section of the alveolus of gear, so as to make forming & grinding.

In comparison with the traditional grinding method, the forming & grinding of gear owns various virtues, such as efficient grinding, high-precision tooth profile, unlimited times of teeth grinding (no undercut), simple operation, reliable operation etc, especially for the grinding & processing which has trimming requirements for tooth profile & tooth trace, and has special requirements for the transition part from tooth root to addendum, as well as has requirements in high precision and hard tooth surface aiming at spur gear.
